We build level-access showers, widen doorways, take out thresholds and reinforce walls where grab rails might one day be fitted. In a lived-in house, with a schedule we agree with you beforehand.
What matters: the reinforcement inside the wall. Today it costs almost nothing; later it costs ten times as much, because the tiles have to come off again.
